The Architecture Control Committee will work with you to insure your project is successful and meets the criteria established to preserve the standards of our great community.  All new construction, as well as changes to existing structures on your lot or waterfront, require the completion of a permit request and approval granted, prior to the work commencing. This Committee also monitor compliance items ensuring the Wilderness stays at the high standard its home owners expect.

Deer & Donkey Pen

Jeff Freshwater

Amy Freshwater

Having deer and our beloved exotic donkey Ernie in the pen near the office makes our neighborhood unique.  Food, water, medical attention and security must be provided in order to maintain their health. Ernie loves carrots and apples and is very friendly to the kids that feed him.  If you would like to know more about the animals, or to volunteer to help, contact Jeff or Amy Freshwater.
