Dumpster , Burn Pile And Trailer Storage
As you may have noticed , we are making a few changes to the Trailer storage area. we will be moving the dumpsters to the new driveway close to the burn pile. Installing a fence to separate the Burn Pile/Dumpsters from the trailer storage , and adding a lockable gate at the current entrance to the trailer storage, we are also adding electricity for a security system and future items that will require power. We are doing this in attempt to slow down the criminals from steeling items from the storage lot. REMINDER the storage lot is

Boat Ramp Status
As you may know the boat ramp is not usable as the area is silted in and water level is very low, the cost to properly fix the issue is beyond reason. The board has voted unanimously to abandon the boat ramp and turn it back over to the current owner and stop leasing the property access.
Deer Park Trails
Volunteers have been very busy cleaning up and expanding the unique trails and gardens displays in deer park , it is currently usable Wilderness Property Owners and their guest. Enjoy them by bikes, foot traffic, utv's and Golf Carts,
trail speed limit is 10 MPH
